Is it unreasonable to want to just forget about someone, even though the universe seems bound and determined to continuously remind you of their existence?

...I received a picture, myself. Of the person I'm referring to.
Should I keep it?

if it makes you sad then maybe is not so good for look at it soon.
but if later there is more good for you, then you are together to the reminders picture if you keep it, and it is not gone. and maybe you laugh too even if there is hurt.
but also only if it is a pretty picture with colors.
